Cephas Masaya started sculpting at the age of six. After school, he was apprenticed to his relative, Tinei Mashaya, another very promising young sculptor. He presently works at the Mashaya Home Gallery in the Greendale suburb of Harare. His works have been displayed throughout the world. He is regarded as a committed young sculptor with great potential. His aspiration is to contribute significantly to the art of Zimbabwe.
